Maida is more finely ground Wheat and is just called Fine Wheat Flour. Corn flour is the flour you get after grinding Corn,i.e Maize (bhutta in Hindi).

Maida is made from the covering of wheat and the dribbles of wheat. This means that maida is WHAEAT DUST. That is why Wheat is 25 Rs /Kg and Miada is just 12 Rs / kg.

They are two different things, corn flour is made out of corn, and maida is made out of wheat.
