It sure does have a new style design and is way better than the old style remote. The best things about it are that you can change channels and do other stuff by pointing the remote like a magic wand or waving it. The scroll wheel also helps with easy navigation. The voice control means your wife or mother in the kitchen can make you watch those ahh! Ekta Kapoor soaps each night! As for Samsung, their remote is archaic, they got to catch up fast with LG if they want a good share of Indian market.
