Q.
Why do some questions have painful answers, like for eg..your wife and your mother are both drowning -- which would you rescue? some times we cop-out with the answer with "save them both or dying trying"., but is there a real truth to it?

They are meant to teast moral and ethics of a person,but situation is not always like that.It all depends upon the situation then and there and decisions should be taken.

Don`t make a literal meaning of hypothetical questions.
If the wife is downing and the hubby does not know swimming or vice versa .. what will be answer ?
