Q.

In Q&A, I made ample friends. Some bcame very close & yet, some left me without any hint. May be, a few were over sensitive to harsh debate, humour etc., or some of them simply got bored with my ways or some never bothered to return after being blocked. Does it happens with u in this forum ? How many Q&A frenz u hv lost ?

Please don't take it to heart. I can count on one hand the people here with whom I have any real contact and that is perhaps infrequent - probably my fault because I am not the best communicator!! However those few are and will remain the ones for whom I have great respect - and out of sight does not mean out of mind. Don't be too harsh on those you think you may have lost, I am sure you haven't really - we all lead busy lives with our work and our families which take priority.

In this forum I made many new friends and lost the old ones without a trace. I regret loosing them but it simply can't be helped. I keep old messages so I sometimes go back and cherish the old good times we shared. Still I have every hope that we would come accross each other on this journey on qna.

I have been here for almost 1 year and i interact at a personal level with very few ...and those few ppl are the ones i consider my friends and hope to continue the friendship beyond Q&A as well....
There are many in Q&A whom i admire, respect, and enjoy their Q&A's but havent pursued any kind of interaction beyond Q&A.

Am fairly new to this place equivalent to a sophomore in an university college. haha. In that sense nothing happened with me as loosing a friend. In the very beginning I did bump into few members who were very imprudent and ridiculing. Few members were OK later gone into oblivion. I didn't backlog such encounters as grudges just left them like a reminiscence in my life. I have only one good friend here who is living in the neighboring cute country. I desire to amass only few in my student life who knows what's in store down the line. Finding a best friend is quite an arduous thing in the present world. I feel one should be lucky enough. My best friend till date is my Mamma who passed away 15 years back. I miss her badly. Nothing more to reckon.

I got my best frd from QNA only. In my views frdships/frds are never to be lost. For me frdship is above all relations and can do any thing and every thing for my frd.
Conversation is an evanescent relation, no more
There is a misconception of frdshipn on net. A person visit my page daily leave a wish / words dear/ darling/nick name etc.. n I replied him/her. Or u got email id and tel no of some of them , mailed them once in a while. Do I consider him/her as my frd? If so then definitely one day I will going to loose them, to whom I am considering as a frd.
U have lost many frds as u said.. cause actually they were not ur real frds. They were here for interest partner/ or for time pass.
No two men but, being left alone with each other, enter into simpler relations. Yet it is affinity that determines which two shall converse. Unrelated men give little joy to each other; will never suspect the latent powers of each. We talk sometimes of a great talent for conversation, as if i ...more

The virtual world is a reflection of the real world. At any point of time when we look back we always see certain friends/acquaintances have parted ways with us. That holds true in the real world and the virtual world.

Some people I used to regularly correspond with on this forum are still around but we just don't correspond anymore. Some have left. Luckily, those I REALLY want to keep in touch with are in contact via emails.

Zindagaani Ke Safar Mein Tu Akela Hi Nahi Hain
Ham Bhi Tere Hamsafar Hain

that is my philosophy in life real or virtual.

Past six months i am here in this forum and my god father is COCKTAIL RAJ...

i have many friends here but few r apart from me since i cannot give my 100% here, becoz there are people who need morning wishes, apprise to they answer which is unfeasible for me to do...

digress from ur query, but, frankly speaking how to take the friendship on a long way i have learnt from cocktails raj as I know him on personal level. i have disputes with him but at the end of the day i am comfortable with his manner to tackle the situation, what he made me understand is making friends is not important but making good friends is important, he makes sure that he doesnt ignore anyone such that anyone feels appalling, indeed cocktail is a bundle of cheerful, understanding, magnum opus, dynamism etc.....

Thanks Cocktail for ur genuine friendship and for the erudition from u......
