Is it true that with 60 lakh rupees person can get permanent residency or citizenship of canada?

With that much money, first you will have to go there for business, establish yourself in Canada by buying a house and starting some business and later you may get permanent residency.

I don't think like that.
You have to start bussiness & settle first....then think about citizenship there.

False it cannot be just 60 lakh rupees it might be 60 lakh canadian dollars
