In the Quran Allah tells mankind what He is and what He is not. For example, in response to a question about Allah that was posed to the Prophet Muhammad , Allah instructs Muhammad to give the following reply:

Say (O Muhammad): He is Allah [Who is] One, Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, nor is there to Him any equivalent. (Quran, 112)

Saraswati is the wife of Ganesha not Brahmadev.
The name of Brahmadevas wife was Sharda(though Sharda is an alternative name of Saraswati also)
She was not the dauthter of Brahmadeo though in a way she could be considerd so since Brahmadeo was the Creator of all the three worlds.
We sometimes come across such suggestions in Bible also. After Adam and Eve gave birth to sons and daugfhters they had necesssarily to intermarry for there was no other father or mother giving birth to offsprings. In Misra for maintaining the purity of the royalty Clepatra had married her own brother who was junior to her. God Yama had a sister named Yami who loved him and wanted to marry him.But he died(and became the ruler of Hell.) Yami was so very overwhelmed that she did not stop crying. At that time there was no division of day between day and night. When the other gods tried to convince Yami that the death of Yama was long back she was not convinced since the day was continuous and there was noth ...more

I dont know who has come up with this story. (1) As per the Durga Saptshati, which is one of the authorised texts of the traditional Indian faith, Primordial Energy, who is the Creater of the Universes, took up three forms as Saraswati, Lakshmi and Parvati to provide consorts to Bramha, Vishnu and Shiva respectively. (2) There is a lot of symbolism involved in such stories and one has to have guidance of a realised guru to understand the supreme truth being conveyed through them

There is a misapprehension persisted in your q, kabeer. Saraswathi Devi is the wife of Lord Vigneswara as understood from the Vedas/Sastras.

A lot of symbolism is involved in the mythological stories. We need to decode this. Here is my effort of doing this.

Brahma is symbolic of researcher. A researcher has the power of creating new thigs through his knowledge.
Through research, brahma creates knowledge (Sarasvati) and knowledge (Sarasvati) is also his companion.

This will be more clear once we try to understand Vishnu and Shiva. Vishnu represents governance. Therefore, all kings are considered Vishnu's Avatar. Vishnu requires money for governance. Lakshmi , his wife, represents 'Dhan'. Shiva represents activism and his wife, Parvati 'Shakti'.
