Is it true that ISI Mark of BIS has become obsolete after coming of ISO9000?

ISO certification denotes the procedure followed in an organisation which ends up in the quality output. Whereas ISI & BIS speaks about the quality of the final product as per the laid guidelines. Both are different. I would still prefer an ISI, BIS certified product over a ISO certified company.
