yes absolutely correct, bcos if the standard of teaching is good then only will the students be a better factor for economic progress of the country.

sure
teachers may have graduates certificate
but they are not enough graduate to understand the needs of kids and the way of teaching all kids at same time

Yes they are accounted for everything. ZP ( zilla parishad) wants 100 percent result from each class otherwise the aid is stopped. So in some shcools teachers gives marks according ly
