It may not be proper but it is also not proper when even a highly educated person becomes a Minister and resorts to corruption, crime and oppression of the people....

To believe that the educated Ministers/people do not oppress, discriminate and resort to unlawful activities - is not at all true.....

Such people can become member of the municipal council, or some may become MLA's but to contesting central election becomes very difficult for them if not otherwise very talented.
