No ! bcz the system is rotten...If U join as an IAS officer and find some follies in UR District, report secretly to the HQ against it requesting to keep UR name anonymous ....there is every chance UR report will be leaked declaring U as the complainer ....and the affected officer or mafia may issue SUPARI against U to finish....thatz the reality....
