Is it possible to reduce WEIGHT without EXERCISE or any work out, if so, how ?

Hi! You can alter your daily diet. Cut out the unhealthy fats, eat 5-6 small meals instead of 2-3 heavy ones and have a light dinner before bedtime. I would highly suggest some form of exercise if you want to look healthy!

Eating in small quantities will do the trick. But is requires patience and discipline. I believe you are not driving at total indolence. It will involve natural exercise we do in walking and daily activities and avoiding sleep during the day. Getting up before 5 am also helps in reducing weight. It acts like magic.

If you want to lose weight without doing exercise it quite little bit difficult. The only you can do have a control diet plan. But if do exercises you can add various meal which you have to avoid when you are not doing exercise. having just a couple of glass of water it not going to help you out, you have to be more focus on your diet plan..

Ek alsi brahman tha....kaam dhanda kuchh karta nahi tha, din raat charpaai par pade pade sapna dekh raha tha.....kaas mujhe aisa khaana mile waisa khaana mile....sirf aisa hi sochta rahta tha.....Ek din Bhagwan uss par taras kha kar woh sab khaana thaali mein paros kar uski kamre mein bhej diye.....itne saar khaana dekh kar usne charpaai se niche kud pada....lekin jab woh thaali ko chua tab thaali uske haath se udd kar dusre kone mein chali gayee...fir tisre kone mein .... fir chouthe kone mein....aise aise din bhar usne thaali ke peechey bhag bhag kar aakhir thak ke baith gaya aur haampne laga...aakhir kar thaali uske paas aayee aur woh khaana khaa paaya.....uske baad bhagwaan prakat hue aur bole ...MURKH BINE PARISHRAM KE KISIKO KUCHH NAHI MILTA....TU EK THAALI KA KHAANA KHAANE KE LIYE DIN BHAR BHAGTA FIRA...WOHI KAAM APNI ROJI ROTI KAMAANE MEIN KIYA HOTA TOH TUJHE ROZ KHAANA MILTA....yu kah kar Bhagwaan invisible ho gaye....

Not exactly..Qki khaan pan me ham itne balance rah hi nahi sakte..aur..har kaam exercise ki shreni me hi aata hai to burn cal.
