Weak minded people who cant take decision, who has poor determination, who r gullible, who vacillates, there Conscience level is weak !!

Yes, a person who believes in himself and is not submissive to society doesnt have a strong conscience.
People think conscience is some divine voice from god. It's NOT.
It is just the voice of the society in u. A muslim woman's conscience makes her guilty if she moves around without covering her head, but not a hindu woman. A Jain man feels guilty if he eats at night. A indian feels bad doing something important with his left hand, while an European wont find it so.
Conscience is just the Society's remote control over u. The weaker u r as an individual, stronger is ur conscience!

Conscience can not be weak, but decision could go weak due to preconceived notions, prejudiced ideas,vested interest, etc., Many factors would blur the vision or even fade out the conscience.
