Yes Sir really it is possible to be Happy with our inner happiness one achieves by keeping a strong faith in God and by doing their duties sincerely without expecting anything and leaving everything in the hands of Almighty.

Koi bhi mosam har samay ek sa nahi reh sakta .....lekin agar aap chaho to hamesha khush ho sakte ho bas situation par depend karta hai...kyonki zindagi har samay ek si nahi hoti hai or na hi smay ek sa hota hai...lekin agar aap hamesha khush rahoge to khushiyan bhi kachotne lag jayengi i mean...apko khushi ka ehsans nahi ho payega....

I am pretty sure that they make drugs- for that. Other than that everyone feels down sometimes.
