May not be. But there is a flash point for anything different to happen. In this case, the flash point came by this ghastly incident. Let us hope this becomes a turning point in the society. The treatment given to perpetrators of this crime may become a deterrent for such heinous acts.

Government has the discretion to act thus. And we do not know the CIRCUMSTANCE under which the decision was taken. Why raise a QN at this time, when the poor girl is still battling for her life. How can u be so insensitive?

This being a sensitve case the Govenment want peace and law and order has been out of control and also thinking about their future in the near elections, they have done it.. I also wonder if all the other victims also would get such kind of treatment or JUSTICE??? They need to really sit up and make proper laws to get the criminals or would be CRIMINALS shiver just at the thought of molesting women.
