Is it ok to purchase shops next to bus stops , given by DDA to allotes on rent, called as stalls , through registered sale deeds ? Can they be demolished by govt. ? Does these shops have a mkt. scope ?

If the shop is given to you under a registered sale deed it cannot be demolished. in the case of govt wanting it back to widen the road, enough compensation will be given

It is OK if legal docs r available....contact u'r lawer for the same.....n regarding Govt....they can even declare legal construction illegal and demolish it.....so don't care......near bus stop a Fast Food wud wrk superb....especially during evening time
