Are the customer's service of Standard Chartered bank in India replying your queries after they sold the credit card or any special offer?

Dear sankaran standardchartered bank is one bank known for quality services and care for the customers. i have one suggestion to u. do not stop with credit card alone. please have an account opened with them ( u can do this through their website too ) and enjoy a v i p attention ( which u can never have with any desi bank ) . every query raised in their secured site gets answered with least delay that too with a professional touch. u may be pleased to know that it is the first bank to combine both the debit and credit cards into one card. no other thought about this facility so far. my son who has an account with s c b and has a very pleasant experience with them. they have recently sold out their mutual funds busines to i d f c. earlier theirs premier equity fund ( when the market was vibrant ) turned out the highest return of 73 per cent. as for some friends' describing credit card as a destructive element, i would like to to ...moreAnswered by amsuman, 12 Oct '08 07:28 pm
I don't know of any credit card company giving service to the customers, once they have acheieved selling the card. Why would they? Their aim being achieved, should they??
