Quality care during pregnancy period can help at a great extent in looking beautiful as before. Hormonal changes, insufficient sleep, frequent weight loss and put up, stress, diet etc. can cause many problems during motherhood. The effects of hormonal change during pregnancy period are temporary for a few of them but there are still plenty can be done to stop it being permanent.

It is true that at the time of pregnancy , women feel the change physically and it retains to some extent after few months of delivery .......... it is impossible to retain the beauty from the day of our inception to till end of our life , physical changes are use to happen at various stage ....... even we can say at every moment to which ,it would be very difficult to recognise ..........

A husband should always see his bride as beautiful if he finds her ugly after having a child then the uglyness is his to claim not hers.

In those days women had many children and that too when they were in the teens itself so naturally they did lose their beauty but in the present times its not so .. so that saying is not relevant to these times i guess ..
