No.
Close people may take advantage or misunderstand it.
Better we express our feelings to stranger and forget the matter.

Yes most of the times, but there are times when you feel sad and negative or suicidal thoughts start creeping in your mind. It is a temporary phase and you will most probably overcome it. However, if you give word to these thoughts in front of your life partner, she may console you once saying that everything will be alright, but if these occur repetitatively and you utter them then she will also start to feel sad and her emotions may get hurt as she may feel that before having such thoughts why dont I think what will happen to her in case of that eventuality. There are some battles you have to fight alone and overcome with your own wisdom, courage and will power, no point in sharing such depressing thoughts because instead of understanding people start giving unsought advice, which can be even more irritating for you as in such mood you really dont want to listen lectures on philosophy of life, especially from a person who neither understands nor follows it.
