Is it correct to say that to become a good cricketer one should play in longer duration cricket matches like Ranji trophy, Duleep trophy etc to acquire / develop the right technique? Your views?

I strongly feel so . Without participating in such cricket matches one is not equipped with the right kind of technique to negotiate at test matches . Such players should also have exposures to foreign tournament or playing on domestic ground with foreign teams .
