Yes you get it at cheaper rate, wait for some years again that outskrit will become heart of the city

1. As realty appreciates a lot, U can hv it for investment purpose or for constructing res for week ends.
2. But have boundary wall construcrted & ensure illegal occupants of the locals !! It is a menace at least at Cal & outskirts !!
