Very true ..........It's told Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper.... this is because Breakfast refers to breaking your fast since your previous meal, which you would have taken almost eight hours ago last night. This is the time when your body needs fuel to start and get into action mode for the work ahead during the day ... even if you miss the lunch due to work pressure , your metabolism will not be much affected.... And it is also told invite your enemy to a late fabulous dinner so that he suffers from indigestion because he has very little time to digest the food :)) And lunch must be small working lunch otherwise you may be caught napping after heavy lunch :)) ...and also you will not be at your best in the workplace because of heavy stomach
