Depends on the location,builder etc..but more often u can get good returns from real estate..

For the long term, buying a property will pay off, depending only one its location.
But in case you are talking about investing into real estate player's stocks, then I think, the scene is non-encouraging as of now.None of them are seriously into rental return oriented business on large scale, due to which, support to bottom-line does not exist, and present market scenario does not hint any higher top-line either.

No touch to dlf first , u can put in godrej propertis, and hdil o some extent , and other finance small but very strong pfs ,,,,,,,,,, ptc finance jindal saw, ,,, small psu bank like psb safe
