Is individual freedom of expression, freedom of action etc beyond a point harmful to the society around him? Please share your thoughts?

Freedom comes with responsibility. For example: freedom of press - in the name of freedom they cannot publish rumours with the phrase 'it is learnt from reliable sources'.
There is a limit to freedom. Once, the l'laxman rekha' is crossed, there can be trouble.

For most of us freedom is just in letter not in spirit here as most of us don't understand the meaning of freedom .. most of us are in dependent style and unless we come out from dependent to independent style , how we can be interdependent to a successful freedom ?
We need to know to Celebrate freedom.
Freedom is the great enabler of opportunity. When you are free to act in accordance with your most treasured values and interests, anything you can imagine is possible.

And bondage is responsibility , closely connected to freedom ........ Essential to freedom is responsibility. It is by accepting and exercising full responsibility over every aspect of your life that you become truly free to live and fulfill your own unique vision of bondage

Freedom carries with it great power. Responsibility keeps that power focused in a positive and productive direction.

FREEDOM is NEVER harmful. Your are speaking of LICENTIOUSNESS, where the intention is to gain something by HARMING others! Freedom implies responsibility. In LICENTIOUSNESS, there is no responsibility. That is the difference!

No. Individual freedom of expression in no way is harmful to the society. But it can harm one's relations with others in the society. If one is very particular about maintaining good relations, it is better to be careful in expression and never exceed in the name of freedom.
