One need not look sober and serious for doing their job seriously and efficiently. One can have a laid back air about them but can be quite serious about their work. In this electronic age one can carry their office with them in their pocket and work from anywhere. They need not sit in their office surrounded with files to perform their work. At the end of the day what matters is output and achievement. Take for instance our PM MMS and FM Pranab Mukherjee. They always appear serious and working very hard. But what is their output. Our economy is heading for a mess. They are making a mess of everything. It makes a better sense to have a leader who enjoys what he is doing than some serious oldies who are neither able to do anything nor do they go out and enjoy and let other who are capable of working work for them.
