Hi! Ghee is definitely added fat! It is alright to have it in very small quantities.

Desi Ghee is good for health ....... as it is said " Runam krutwa Ghreetam pibet , Javat jeevan Sukham bhavet" .......... means it is so good, one should take ghee always by borrowing money, if not having with you ........ gai ka ghee shehad keliye achha hai iske alawa dushra nahin .........
