Some marked foreign funds have found some usefull receiver in India.
They are the potential terrorists.

Funding from anywhere is lucrative. Such people would even sell off their mothers for money. These people also receive sponsorships from international "intellectual" organisations (booker, oscar etc.) by way of awards and would sing to their agenda against India
