There is hundred pecent cure in homoeopathy. Consult a homoeoptah. The name of the remedy is Silicia. Another treatment is ayurvedic thread treatment. They insert medicated thread inside the pistula canal and keep changing every 3 to 4 days. It is a permanent cure which may take about 2 to 3 months. But, little painfull. Surgey is also used and it is permanent. I got it operated in 1988 and never had after that.

If by fistula you mean fistula-in-ano i.e a leaking hole near anus, you should get it investigated by radiography and abdominal ultrasound. most of the times it is tuberculous or may be associated with liver abscess or rarely malignancy
Consultation with medicine gastro enterologist (not surgeon) will solve the dilemma of diagnosis and therby a complete cure in any case is possible if god willing.
