1.

Fruits are usefull in weight control... mainly orange, papaya, grapes, pineapple, citrous fruits are helpfull in weight reduction... fruits makes digestion easy n doesnt have fat content so all fruits helps in weight reduction, except some like jack fruit....
but to maintain weight along with fruits one should eat vegetables, raw-vegetable, green leafy vegetables more and should reduce the consumption of Oil, ghee, sugar, sweets, junk foods, etc which have calories....
