Fasting is important to remove inner toxic waste dump from the body regain the energy, Fasting is imp to heighten mental clarity and all your senses, allowing you to see your life's options in much clearer perspective, and then act upon them wisely; enhance your innate wisdom, spirituality, faith and human kindness .Fasting is imp to move yourself back toward your life's ,birthright potential of optimal health, increasing your happiness and healing power as you scientifically reset your body's odometer and greatly enhance your quality of life!

Dont do the fasting in the name of God,superstiously Dont make it the way to eat delicious oily food.

It certainly is good if and only if u keep 1fast in a week ..it will remove toxins from body if when fastin v take nuts n juice and lots of water..but yes excess of everything is BAD
