Q.

Is eating 'paan' regularly, good for digestion and health? Specifically without supari and zarda, which are known to be bad.
Eating paan sometimes does help in digestion for me, after a heavy meal!

1.

Yes, I agree. Eating paan is definitely good for digestion provided it is without supari and zarda.

eating pan for digestation or health benefits is good practise.it becomes a good source of calcium for our body easily digestable with KATHA. Even the use of supari and zarda is not so bad ,as regarded now a days.they are also useful contents of pan.i had been in habit for 40 years with sound and clean teeth with out any worry for a little nicotine of zarda
