Secularism and congress are two oxymoron. But, still , the party are able to retain the most valuable valuable tag, because of the surge of fake Hindutva launched by B,J.P Congress got the tag as a backlash effect. Now B.J.P are also trying to shun the path of Hindutva .

No, It is not secular. It does not treat all religion alike. It is like a chameleon that changes colors according to the situation to protect itself. Congress is not secular but Sikh Killer party as it showed its true colors in 1984 Delhi riot.
