Is CBI being used to hound those who do not toe the line of the ruling party/alliance?

Yes, it has been the case since long & the CBI has been used as a deterrent to press down anyone who raises voice against the government & its corrupt practices. It has been after the Anna Hazare team & Baba Ramdev since they raised their voices on corruption. It is a sad state of democracy we are in as such practices have made it a mockery of the democratic set up of our country!!

Not only CBI, even IB and the whole of other clandestine departments of government with a whole lot of slush funds are being used by the govt and the ruling party to neutralize antagonists. Dissent is thus converted to plot and plot to conspiracy and crime. Yes. govt also uses Income tax, customs and Exise to this end.

Yes not only cbi but ed and it too see how mulayam singh,laloo,and mayawati are supporting govt while jagan reddy/ramdevji are in trouble it is very undemocratic beside funds for state also used as vote catchers
