Q.

Manmohan Singh Who is reported to personally honest presides over a ministry of thugs and thieves, if not dacoits. He is a mute spectator to the happenings around him . but cannot take strong stand--if not anything else r fromthe point of view of preserving his nomination. If he cannot bring his ministers to book because of "coalition compulsion", he should resign for maintaining his reputaton. After all. a man is known by the company he keeps.Or the party high command, you know who i mean is not allowing him to resign even--so that no intruder comes in between the pm's chair and the prince

I really do not know why this point of his personal honesty is harped again and again , Without any investigation by neutral body how we can know if he is honest and only others are crooked ?

As a Prime minister of India immense powers are bestowed upon him by the law . He can choose to be honest and upright and if Mrs. G and other withdraw support the only loss is he will loose the Chair.

So just to keep himself in chair he is accepting all the conditions of the crooked so by any stretch of imagination he can not be called clean. Corruption is not only financial corruption.

Also he filed an affidavit he claimed to be Normal resident of Assam which he is not.

So I doubt all the claims of personal honesty of Manmohan Singh , Being the leader of the Cabinet he is directly responsible for all the acts of his cabinet members including corruption
