If it is required to change the conventional stuffing of " SAMOSA " what will you suggest / recommend ?

Well i would suggest you not to change it....
Since There are certain perfect things in this world...which if modified will not look good....
but in case if you really need to change the Stuff...I would suggest to Put.....Fried Mushroom in it.......
Imagine it would be really nice....

Well i think the stuffing should be "tea" because most of the people like to have samosa with tea .And if they get both the things at one package then it will be less time taking to eat . Kyunki ajkal logon ke pass time bahut kam hota he.

Stuff with the medicinal herbs depending upon the needs. In case you expect development of the brain, stuff it with leaves (lightly stir-fry) of centella asiastica (brahmi). No harm stuffing with grated carrots (fresh) and other salads (celeries, radishes, sprouts and the like) to make your food healthy and alkaline...
