This was known 4 years back - when BJP exploded the news in Parliament. Now that Wiki Leak has published, some more debate is taking place.

Wikileaks in writing about it now, indian press wrote about it when it happened. choro discussion is baat par, bahut hee purani and well known baat hai. in other words something which is known already cannot be called a LEAD even if wikileaks writes about it,.

WE need Indian version of wikileak. But , then they might put all wrong material in apprehension of proposed stealing of stored information ? Many stupid guys thunk stolen material is unreliable,as US reorders knew that it will be projected for being stolen and leaked so pre-fabricated matrial was there, how stupid! More than millionleaks covering entire world-can't stand designed.
Exposure of India's representative CHARACTER has ashamed comman man,and WE feel country is not safe in hands of such crooks who divert the blame sheieldd by technicalities. They are selling the country that way.
