Even our judiciary system is not free from this. There are many instances even today where culprits go scot free and the innocent face gallows.

Not in anywhere it is existed everywhere in this world. After all in my family also somebody doing mistakes and other one getting punish, is it not andha kanoon? From village to city, city to country and country to country it is existed.
