Yes indeed they do look upto him as their saviour & that was the prime reason for him bouncing back in the elections & coming to power which was ruled out by most. He has been the leader of the masses & the common man connects to him making him one of the most popular US Presidents ever!!

The middle class of US, which was badly affected by the economic recession understands that the policies of Obama with increased state control on businesses and yet maintaining the balance of a liberal economy, will take some time to yield positive results and will be good for economy in the long run. And it has started showing signs of recovery and the process needs to be continued
