Why the Govt is persisiting with Paise still ! Why don't we make Rs 1 as minimum s it is more practical and the fraction has become irrelevant in terms of value??

It will happen automatically. Few years back we had 1 P, 5P, 10 P, 20 P etc. in circulation which are stopped. Coins of 25 P, 50P will also loose the value with time and eventually stopped.
