Rajya Sabha MP Amar Singh faces arrest again in 2008 cash-for-vote scam as a Delhi court today dismissed his regular as well as interim bail pleas saying his role was ''major'' in the entire episode aimed at ''disgracing" parliamentary democracy.

He should be arrested and sent to jail where all the other big fish are already lodged.
This is the first time in independent India that big guns of Indian Political set-up are behind bars and their bail applications are being refused by courts, as CBI opposes their bail attempts with convincing evidence and reasons.
Earlier we had never heard of such things happening.

No. not good news for me. It is a political drama. Most of the politicians are diplomatic in nature. Only Amar Singh is not. Now going to jail, filling applications for bail is a routine works of politicians.
