Irrespective political parties, if a group of people are taking charge as ministers under the leadership of senior person in politics
Can we expect good governance ?

If you are referring to coalation govenments, then they are set up as per our constitutinal procedures. If this arrangement is not producing good results then change the constitution and bring in a better one

Es,only if the same senior persons get elected.Will the people of the country elect people like Kejriwal?The voters want money n other benefits for voting.Can a clean person meet these demands of the voters.?

Quite a good idea, but we need the election system like that of america .... let us vote for one person through eletric media ..... no matter he has declared him self as a candidate or not.... say anna hazare can be voted for by a few, kejriwal by some other and baba by still some other ones..... let the public take interest in motivating each other in favour of their favourite person [not a candidate]
this system must be brough in to vogue.... otherwise the self motivated contestants will like to recover the cost of contesting election in lakhs of multiples of the expended amount.
