Each degree is divided into 60 parts each part is known as minute 4 mts means 1/15 of a degree.

Latitude, Longitude Coordinates of the epicenter (projection of the earthquake focus on the surface of the earth). The latitude is the number of degrees north (N) or south (S) of the equator and varies from 0 at the equator to 90 at the poles.
