Nothing. Lakshmi Niwas Mittal is a British citizen now and he has already burned his fingers in the shelved Odisha steel project promoted by him. So like a cat which burned his tongue by tasting the boiled milk it will take time for him to regroup.

He is a 'pucca' businessman. However, not on 'priority' list does not mean he will not invest in India at all. Must be waiting for opportune time.

He's a businessman. Patriotism often doesnt rank very high among businessmen. Plus widespread red tape, nepotism and corruption might have discouraged him.

Where is the money to invest with him. He had to close so many of his steel units for loss making. Forget about India, other countries are still worst.
