I think this was first reported by Wikileaks quite long back, but the present UPA govt. is sleeping on the issue as many of the present day ministers and top brass of the party are the beneficiaries of these accounts. As such they will never like to axe their own feet.

What can I say ?

Let the Government declare to pay 40% of the above money to RBI and make balance amount as white money and invest in India.

That may be more helpful to suffering labor class of Indians.
