Cals Refineries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) on June 17, 2009 for off-take of part of petroleum products by BPCL from CALS in its first phase which is a 100,000 BPSD crude oil refinery after accounting for the products committed to British Petroleum (BP) and the entire petro products from CALS in the second phase of expansion which is another 100,000 BPSD refinery at Haldia, West Bengal. The product off-take by BPCL will include outputs such as LPG, Propylene, Fuel Oil, Sulphur, Naphtha, Gasoil etc. So Hold or Buy

HOLD IT
READ THE REPLY FROM THE COMPANY
At present, discussions are going on with banks/investors for funding the project. There is good development in FC. We are expecting the commercial production to start by end 2011. There is no delisting proposal. We cant say about the rumours.

I have Purchased more than 6 lac shares and iam going to hold it for atleast 5 years... i target CALS to be in between 750 and 1250 in next five years.. next 18 months target is between 90 to 170 This is my Asumtion on Basis of its current status of the Project and the future Plans of Product Off Takes. Its Full Proof and very Safe. Please Study the History of RIL share prices and the time it took to start Production for the Jamnagar Refinery and compare its current price . Hope U got the reply.
