Indian Space Research Organisation has said that ''no competitive bidding'' was adopted for leasing S-band spectrum to Devas Multimedia at a throw away price during a controversial satellite deal by the organisation's commercial arm Antrix Corporation- How rules and sensitivity are flouted like this by PMO ?

I have lost all respect for the Post of Prime MInister sir, really a post held by greats of Lal bahadur shastri, Indira gandhi, Morarji Desai and Atal Bihari Vajpayee has lost its respect by this particular episode

Rules were flouted because there were no accounatbility in the past no bigsorts were penalised for flouting norms.I hope the Lokpal Bill will take care of this n infuture no body would dare to flout the norms.
