Indian government will offer $500 million loan to Myanmar. There are some bilateral agreements and dialogues in progress.
Is India late on the scene Myanmar, considering that we are talking about one of our neighbour countries?

Better late than never! Otherwise, China will seize the opportunity and then it will be bad for us. We need to counter China's aggressive ways of improving relations with all our neighbours.
