Indian Army is still governed by rules made by Britishers.... is amendment not necessary. .. yes agree that traing part must be difficult and hard as it possible to save blood on battlefield and incr efficiency?

We have to change a lot in every aspect of governance and administration, not only arm forces....reforms urgently required to suit modern needs

Not only indian army but most of laws of judiciary/police/governance are still followed same as during british rule.
