1.
No proper planning , i.e. selecting the same players again and again hence we failed in all departments. Moreover, as iqbal seth puts it lack of killer instinct is not at all existed in Indian players. Moreover, i think there is groupism or what you can call it lack of team spirit and hence India lost the series collectively. The last but not the least over confident by the players and the captain himself while preparing turning tracks but it back fired .
