Can not generalize
But i think extroverts have a larger perspective towards life and happenings around .
They are much more adapt and habitual in dealing with day to day problems as well as larger ones
This quality of theirs combined with self faith makes life easy for them
Introverts on the other hand rely on own self
Source: Do'nt tell me you are not an extrovert :)

One should be assertive, not agressive or submissive. Now, for the question you asked - being extrovert in most times helps in establishing better communication. Secondly, it also creates a sense of openness and joy. Jovial people are generally liked by all.

Extroverts draw their energy from the world around them. They cannot be happy unless they receive stimulus from the outside world. They prefer to think on their feet, react immediately to their surroundings, and generally be in the thick of things.

If an extrovert is having a stressful week, getting out and doing something active relieves that stress. A night on the town can rejuvenate the extrovert. For the introvert, a night out just may add to the stress. The introvert needs time to reflect with a good book, an old movie, or a writing journal.

In single sentence I can say introverts are real creators and extroverts are mostly great leaders.

I want to be a religious introvert but being miserably flop :)))

If you are an extrovert you easily mix up and get along well with various kinds of people in the society. You become more social and outgoing due to which he see more of the world with different kinds of perspectives from various people. Thus your vision broadens and this experience helps you in taking balanced and right decisions to survive in this world of cut throat competition in almost every field of life.
