In up a dinner was hosted by cm akhilesh singh in honour of pranav mukerjee which was also attended by two mlas who were in jail, is it not wrong and howit was possible?

Under special circustances......even a jailed person can come out for few hours.....under the permission of court......for example:- if any accused who is in jail ..is only son of his parents and any of the parent dies....the court gives him permission to attend the funeral and lit fire .......same is true for specialised medical assistance for accused which is not available in jail permises and is necessary for his life......also permission is given for voting in assembly or parliament if accised happens to be MLA or MP....
BUT THE SAME MUST NOT BE MISUSED FOR ATTENDING DINNER PARTIES AT ALL.......if brought in notice of the court by concerned opposite party......the attending jail staff and officer would be in trouble for sure.......
